Never covered, even with Complete: body damage without an accident, interior damage and lost keys. Cover does not apply off paved roads (tracks, desert, sand) or if the car is driven by someone who is not on the contract.

Why is there usually a deposit?
It is the most you could owe if the car is damaged: the insurance excess. It is held on your card during the rental, not charged. With Complete, on these 13 cars, it drops to €0.
What happens in an accident?
Message us on WhatsApp and we will guide you. With Complete, you pay nothing, provided a police report or an insurance assessor's report is made.
Do I need a bank card?
No. With the Complete option on these 13 cars, no card is required: nothing is held, and you pay when you get the keys.
Can I rent with no deposit outside Marrakech?
Yes. The no-deposit option works in Marrakech, Casablanca, Agadir and Rabat, with delivery to the airport or to your address.
