Do you deliver to riads inside the medina?
Yes. Cars cannot enter the old city, so we meet you at the gate closest to your riad: Bab Doukkala, Bab Agnaou or Bab Nkob. Send us the riad name and we choose the gate; you walk a few minutes, we handle the rest.
Can I get the car at Marrakech Menara airport?
Yes. We meet you in the arrivals hall with the car parked outside, at no extra cost. Tell us your flight number and we follow it, so a late landing is never a problem.
What is included in the price?
Insurance, delivery and collection in Marrakech, and 24/7 support on WhatsApp. There is no airport surcharge. Fuel is the only thing you pay for on top: you get the car with fuel and bring it back the same way.
How does the €0 deposit option work?
On selected cars, choose the Complete cover. It costs €15 more per day, and nothing is held on your card. With the standard cover, a deposit is held when you receive the car and released when you return it.
Can I return the car in another city?
Yes. One-way returns to Casablanca, Rabat or Agadir are possible. On longer rentals the one-way is free; on shorter ones a fee applies, and you see it before you confirm.
What if my plans change?
Cancel for free up to 48 hours before pick-up. To change dates, the car or the delivery address, message us on WhatsApp and we update the booking.
