    Cover is included in every rental. Complete is the paid option: it caps what an accident can cost you at the amount held — zero on most cars — and adds theft and fire. What's quoted at booking is what you pay.
    If someone hits you and it's not your fault, the insurance covers it. If the car can't be driven and repair takes more than two days, we'll bring a replacement (same category or better) when fleet allows — so you finish your trip without stress.

First time renting a car in Morocco? Don't worry we'll walk you through it, step by step. No confusing terms, no fine print, and no pressure. These are the real questions people ask us every day and the honest answers we always give.

  • Yes — cover is included in every rental: third-party liability and collision damage, with a franchise. On the included cover, if you're at fault, the franchise is the amount held on your card.
    Complete is the paid option. With Complete and a police or assessor's report, an accident costs you nothing on most cars. On higher-value cars, the amount held is the most you can ever pay — never more. Complete also covers theft and fire.
    What Complete doesn't cover: damage that didn't come from an accident, damage inside the car, and lost keys. Marks that aren't from an accident are handled simply — under €20 we absorb it, anything larger is €50 to €250 depending on the damage.
  • Stay calm and call us immediately.
    Get the police report, or the insurance assessor's report — that one document is what makes the cover work.
    If it's not your fault, the insurance covers the damage and we coordinate the rest. If the car can't be driven and repair takes more than two days, we'll bring you a replacement (same category or better) when the fleet allows.
    If you are at fault: with Complete you pay nothing on most cars, and never more than the amount held. On the included cover, the franchise is the amount held.
